Sr. Product Manager

Role Overview:
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of a specific product or product line within a curriculum portfolio. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing Communications (MarCom), Agile Practice Office, and Customer Experience, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Development:

  • Define product vision, goals, KPIs, budget, and roadmap in collaboration with the Curriculum Manager and Strategic Product Team (SPT).
  • Leverage market research, customer data, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and enhancements.
  • Align product strategy with organizational goals and market demands.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and track development progress.
  • Work with MarCom and Customer Experience teams to support product marketing and ensure a successful launch.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Focus:

  • Partner with teams to ensure product quality, effective marketing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders and advocate for a customer-centric approach.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to track and report product performance metrics.
  • Conduct periodic audits and present findings to the SPT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, marketing, engineering, or agriculture.
  • Strong strategic planning, product development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
