What You’ll Do

• Own the Invoice Process: Create, review, and distribute customer invoices, ensuring every line item is accurate and sent out on schedule.
• Master Reconciliation: Compare supplier and internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
• Data Integrity: Manage data entry into our Accounts Receivable (AR) systems with high speed and precision.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal departments to solve billing hurdles and streamline our workflows.
• Stay Organized: Maintain a clear, compliant digital trail of all financial documentation and correspondence.

What You Bring

• The Essentials: A High School diploma (or equivalent) and a solid understanding of basic accounting or billing principles.
• Tech Proficiency: You are comfortable in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and can quickly learn new financial software.
• Attention to Detail: You’re the person who catches the typo or the missing decimal point that everyone else missed.
• Time Management: You can juggle multiple tasks and meet routine deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Communication: You can explain billing details clearly to both internal teammates and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a heavy administrative role.
