Integration Engineer

Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Capable of leading the implementation of integration server from ideation to delivery.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex real time systems integrations. 
  • Provide guidance on architectural design as subject matter expert in integration development.
  • Responsible for analyzing business data requirements and producing relevant architectural deliverables like business process flow, mapping documents, data flow diagrams.
  • Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing integrations related systems for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement and general debugging.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT app owner and Infrastructure development and support business needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of software requirements and specifications.
  • Follow agile development methodology.
  • Prioritize multiple open issues. 
  • Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions. 
  • Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution. 
  • Provide support for new projects to understand technical integration requirements.
  • Report common issues identified by service partners for escalation. 
  • Performs other specific duties or assignments as directed by Enterprise Applications Director and Manager.  

Job Requirements

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar. 
  • 3+ years demonstrable developing and leading integrations for a mid-size company.
  • Proficiency in ETL and real time integrations using at least one ESB platform such as Talend, Mulesoft, Boomi, IBM, WSO2, Good knowledge of API, SOAP
  • Strong understanding of application integrations concept.
  • Strong Knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as SQL, JAVA,  HTML, .net, PLSQL and other scripting languages. 
  • Experience working in Agile working environment.
  • Able to work in multiple capacities for fast paced, small team environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Exceptional communication and written skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
