Fusion HCR is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to support and enhance the organization’s ServiceNow platform and related IT systems within a fast-paced gaming and hospitality environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow professional who has experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the platform, not just using it. The engineer will support day-to-day operations, help resolve platform issues, assist with integrations, and ensure ServiceNow is optimized to support IT service delivery.
This is a mid-level role focused on administration, support, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow, working closely with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and vendors.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, workflows, and performance concerns
  • Configure forms, fields, workflows, business rules, and basic scripting as needed
  • Assist in maintaining CMDB accuracy and data integrity
  • Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability and uptime

Configuration & Enhancements
  • Support enhancements to ServiceNow modules and functionality based on business needs
  • Assist with workflow automation and process improvements
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases
  • Maintain and enforce platform configuration standards and best practices

Integrations & System Connectivity
  • Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (Active Directory, monitoring tools, endpoint management tools, etc.)
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues
  • Support API-based connections and data flows between systems

Operational & Infrastructure Support
  • Provide tier 2 support for IT systems and applications as needed
  • Support core infrastructure services such as:
    • Active Directory
    • DNS / DHCP
    • Group Policy
  • Assist with system deployments and application rollouts

Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and procedures
  • Contribute to improving IT processes and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a technical resource for IT Operations and support teams

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 2–5+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or Application Support
  • Hands-on experience administering or supporting ServiceNow (not just end-user)
  • Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, incidents, and configurations
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • Experience working in a production / enterprise environment

Technical Skills
Experience with:
  • ServiceNow configuration (forms, workflows, business rules)
  • Basic scripting (JavaScript within ServiceNow is a plus)
  • Active Directory and user management
  • Exposure to integrations (APIs, directory services, monitoring tools) is a plus

General knowledge of:
  • Windows environments
  • Infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP)

Preferred
  • ServiceNow Certification (CSA – Certified System Administrator preferred)
  • Experience in gaming, hospitality, or 24/7 operations environments
  • Exposure to CMDB and asset management within ServiceNow

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with gaming regulations
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Why This Role
  • Hands-on ownership of a critical enterprise platform
  • Opportunity to grow deeper into ServiceNow engineering and integrations
  • Work in a high-availability, fast-paced casino environment
  • Strong exposure to both application and infrastructure teams
