Position Summary

A Fusion client in the property management space is seeking a Field Program Facilitator to deliver and reinforce hands-on, field-based training across operational teams. This role supports onboarding, upskilling, and technical training for field personnel and serves as the primary facilitator and SME for field learning programs.

While this role supports field teams, it does not require residential maintenance experience. Candidates from other hands-on technical environments (e.g., equipment-based, technical operations, slot technicians, or similar) are strongly considered. Most facilitation is delivered virtually, supplemented by onsite coaching and observation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate field-based and virtual training for operational and technical roles

  • Deliver onboarding, upskilling, SOP, safety, and role-specific training

  • Conduct onsite observations and ride-alongs to reinforce training concepts

  • Provide coaching and actionable feedback to field employees

  • Identify skill gaps, operational risks, and training opportunities

  • Serve as SME and primary facilitator for field learning programs

  • Partner with field leadership to align training priorities and schedules

  • Prepare training summaries and debriefs highlighting outcomes and gaps

  • Support train-the-trainer initiatives and internal facilitators

  • Maintain training documentation and make minor updates using Adobe and Canva

  • Track participation and completion in the LMS

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience facilitating technical or operational training

  • Background in hands-on, equipment-based, or technical field environments

  • Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings

  • Ability to coach and reinforce training in live field environments

  • Experience identifying training gaps through observation and feedback

  • Comfort working with LMS platforms and virtual delivery tools

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Nice to Have

  • Property management, field services, or maintenance exposure

  • Experience supporting onboarding or upskilling initiatives

  • Familiarity with adult learning or facilitation best practices
