Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove company gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers at local properties.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on slot machines and related electronic/mechanical components to ensure optimal operation and uptime.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (e.g., bill validators, printers, monitors, game software, communications).
Support game moves, conversions, installs, and removals, including cabinet setup, configuration, and verification.
Respond to service calls from casino staff in a timely, professional manner and provide basic customer support and status updates.
Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and inventory records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Slot Technician or Field Service Technician working with gaming devices or similar electro‑mechanical equipment preferred.
Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting of computer‑controlled equipment.
Ability to read and follow technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
Strong customer service skills and professional communication when working on casino floors and with property staff.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and pass required background checks.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to multiple Las Vegas properties as needed.
