Overview
Fusion is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casino Gaming Project Manager with foundational product management experience to support and deliver initiatives across casino gaming systems, digital platforms, and player engagement tools. This role partners with IT, product, and operations teams to launch projects that enhance the guest experience, optimize business performance, and support ongoing innovation in gaming technology. The ideal candidate brings structured project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of gaming product development and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of projects involving casino gaming systems, accounting programs and integrations.
- Collaborate with product teams to define features, requirements, and user stories that align with business goals and operational needs.
- Support the product lifecycle from discovery and some QA testing, and release, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive Agile or hybrid project processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional stand-ups using Jira or similar tools.
- Develop detailed project documentation, including scoping documents, functional specifications, and milestone reports.
- Partner with engineering, data/analytics, and marketing teams to translate product goals into actionable technical tasks.
- Monitor key project metrics and user feedback to recommend enhancements or product optimizations based on performance insights.
- Maintain communication with external vendors and internal teams, ensuring integrations and launches are on schedule and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles within the casino gaming, technology, or entertainment sectors.
- Foundational or hands-on experience supporting product management activities, such as gathering requirements, writing user stories, or participating in roadmap planning.
- Strong understanding of casino or digital gaming systems, loyalty platforms, and guest engagement technologies.
- Proficiency in project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or Miro.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable working with technical teams and business leaders alike.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred; PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification a plus.
