Dynamic 365 Solution Architect
Houston, TexasWe are seeking an experienced Dynamic 365 Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, supply chain management, AI, IoT, and the Power Platform. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and streamline processes for optimal performance.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify system requirements and align them with business objectives.
- Architect Dynamic 365 solutions tailored to manufacturing, logistics, and shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements following the SDLC process.
- Leverage AI Builder for text and image recognition solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with sustainability teams to implement strategies for reducing emissions across operations.
- Utilize AI and IoT to streamline planning, production, inventory, warehousing, and transportation processes.
- Develop executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and SSRS to provide actionable insights.
- Integrate Dynamic 365 with third-party tools, including EZCRM, Marketo, Adobe, and Dual Write with F&O.
- Configure Copilot Studio to automate manual processes and improve data capture efficiency.
- Implement CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions using Experlogix to enhance the quoting process.
- Work closely with graphic designers to create user-centric UI designs that cover entire workflows.
- Train and mentor team members and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Design and implement integration solutions using SSIS to connect internal systems for data synchronization.
- Build customer/partner portals leveraging ADX Studio, Power Pages, and Power Apps.
- Implement lifecycle management for end-to-end systems, including salesforce integration, F&O, and customer management.
- Configure RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for process automation and data integration.
- Streamline the Omnichannel development process by using reusable components for rapid deployment.
- Design and configure Dual Write solutions for seamless data mapping across platforms.
- Collaborate with sponsors to prepare change requests and track project progress.
- Microsoft Dynamic 365 (F&O, CE, BC) and Copilot Studio.
- Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate.
- AI and IoT Integration: AI Builder, Azure Cloud.
- SSRS, SSIS, RPA, Logic Apps.
- Development experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, and SPFX.
- Strong understanding of CPQ tools (Experlogix).
- Experience in UI/UX collaboration and Omnichannel design.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in operational environments.
- Proven experience in large-scale Dynamic 365 implementations with third-party integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and requirement gathering.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or related technologies is a plus.
