Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Manufacturing Analyst

A high profile client of Fusion HCR is seeking A Sr D365 Functional Functional Manufacturing Analyst.   Enterprise Applications group develops and supports business-critical and customer-facing systems their users and customers depend on every day. As a Sr. D365 Functional Analyst for Manufacturing on the Solution Delivery team, you will actively identify business problems, and evaluate, recommend, and build solutions for the Global Supply Chain team using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and supporting systems. You will be the recognized subject matter expert, working closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions as they transform and scale their quickly growing global business. 
This work requires a thorough understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, trade, logistics, warehouse, and procure to pay processes, and a track record of delivering value to the business through innovative and timely solutions. 
Your Day to Day 
  • • Provide process and technical leadership to our global manufacturing team 
  • • Design, configure and test solutions in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations 
  • • Resolve end-user issues and perform ongoing administration, configuration and end-user training and documentation for new and existing capabilities in Dynamics AX 
  • • Create comprehensive technical system documentation and provide training to staff 
Basic Qualifications 
  • • Bachelor's Degree 
  • • Minimum of five (5) years of successful D365 Manufacturing Analyst experience (and/or AX2012) and ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of manufacturing, MRP, warehouse, AR, AP, GL modules 
  • • End-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation experience, including go-live, preferably multiple implementations 
  • • Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • • Experience building solutions with AX 2012 R2 
  • • Experience in environments with multiple integrations and ISV solutions 
  • • Strong SQL and/or report-building skills 
  • • Ability to work with a diverse set of users from upper management to field users and to be able to communicate effectively across groups 
  • • Vision and organizational skills to balance end-user support with larger strategic project support 
  • • Obvious cross-group collaboration and influence competencies throughout all work examples 
  • • Experience in global, discrete manufacturing environment
