Member Service Representative
Start: ASAP Length: Temp to Hire
Position responsible for maintaining compliance with federally monitored Medicare Advantage call center performance requirements. Customer Service along with knowledge of governmental agencies and regulations, especially Medicare & the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) desired - Knowledge of managed care benefit plans & products. Medical Terminology & medicals claims processing a plus. Consistently document and accurately code all inquiries within designated software to reflect the purpose of the consumer's inquiry and all actions taken to address and resolve their issue or need.
*Position maybe a combination of working onsite at the CSC & remotely at home (once trained).
