Position: Learning Solutions Designer Contract to Hire
Location: Las Vegas, NV 100% onsite
The Learning Solutions Designer is responsible for producing high-quality, performance-driven learning content across multiple modalities. This role transforms complex processes into clear, actionable learning experiences while maintaining governance, accessibility, and brand standards. The designer partners closely with senior team members, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, polished, and culturally aligned learning solutions that reinforce organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
Design & Develop Multi-Modal Creates eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended, and simulation-based content. Produces scripts, storyboards, and learning assets aligned with templates, accessibility requirements, and brand/governance standards.
Build Interactive & Multimedia Assets
Develops interactive modules, graphics, videos, and supporting materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and AI-enabled solutions. Ensures all outputs are polished, inclusive, and performance-driven.
Works with SMEs and cross-functional partners to capture requirements, validate accuracy, and refine content through iterative feedback.
Updates existing materials to reflect system/process changes and participates in peer reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
Follows all organizational systems, training, policies, and procedures as required; seeks guidance when needed.
Actively supports safety programs and performs responsibilities in a professional, ethical manner.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on instructional design lifecycle experience in a corporate environment.
2–3 years designing and developing multi-modal learning solutions (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended).
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365; understanding of LMS publishing (SCORM/xAPI).
Experience with video creation/editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere); familiarity with AI-enabled tools preferred.
Applied knowledge of adult learning theory, ADDIE, SAM, and basic evaluation models.
