Now Hiring: CNC Milling Operators – 1st & 2nd Shifts
We’re looking for experienced CNC Milling Operators to produce high-quality parts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Openings available on 1st and 2nd shifts – choose the schedule that works best for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC and manual milling machines to meet blueprint tolerances.
- Work with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Adjust feed rates, spindle speeds, and offsets as needed.
- Inspect and deburr parts during production.
- Develop fixturing and work-holding solutions.
- Monitor machine fluid levels and maintain equipment.
- Cross-train on additional plant machinery.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of machining experience.
- CNC milling experience with NC and CNC mills (Fanuc controls).
- Manual milling experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and meet precision tolerances.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must provide your own tools.
