Key Responsibilities:
- Must have past experience with Microsoft Windows 11 upgrade.
- Must have hardware refresh experience in large environments.
- Manage and maintain service ticket work queue, ensuring all tickets are updated in a timely manner.
- Acknowledge receipt of support issues within 15 minutes, providing resolution either remotely or onsite.
- Provide consistent and clear communication to customers, keeping them informed of ticket status and resolution progress.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including software/hardware problems, printer connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and more.
- Engage in ongoing technical training and certification to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide recommendations for software/hardware improvements to address user issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS degree and A+ certification are a plus.
- 3 years of prior PC service and support experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Windows 95/NT, XP, and MS Exchange.
- Experience with connecting and installing software drivers for external printers and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and wireless connectivity issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse team members and guests.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other required certifications.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate all areas of the property, including stairs and various environmental factors.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and kneel for prolonged periods.
