Fusion HCR is partnering with a large, nationally recognized property management organization to identify a Regional Human Resources Manager. This role serves as a strategic HR business partner supporting regional leadership across a multi-state portfolio. The HRM will play a critical role in talent development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and culture stewardship while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
This position requires a hands-on HR leader who can balance operational execution with strategic partnership, acting as both a people champion and employee advocate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Serve as a trusted HR business partner to regional leadership, supporting talent development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives
Advise managers on employee relations matters, ADA accommodations, performance improvement plans, and termination recommendations
Support and guide leaders through the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency and addressing performance gaps
Manage and analyze exit interviews to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; escalate concerns as appropriate
Partner with Regional VPs and corporate executives to enhance employee experience while supporting business and financial objectives
Leverage HR best practices, external resources, and industry trends to inform HR strategies and decision-making
Collaborate with Corporate HR Shared Services to represent regional business and employee needs
Execute internal communications including newsletters, benefits communications, safety reminders, and policy updates
Act as a corporate culture ambassador, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
Chair and lead regional employee engagement and events initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in a generalist or business partner role
Minimum 2+ years of people management experience, including direct reports
Working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Visio
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to coach leaders on staffing, employee development, and performance management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on quality and results
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take prudent, informed risks
Valid driver’s license required
HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills, and relevant experience
