The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating with global teams, managing complex technology rollouts, and supporting corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute technical projects including hardware deployments, network upgrades, and office relocations.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple global locations.
- Facilitate office moves, including Zoom conference room setups, security camera installations, and hardware configurations.
- Support M&A initiatives by coordinating technology and operational integrations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide clear and regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong emphasis on operations, hardware, and infrastructure projects.
- Gaming industry experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- PMP certification highly preferred.
- Proven success managing office moves and technology rollouts.
- Experience with network operations and AV/Zoom conference room technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead M&A-related projects.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with diverse, global teams.
- Must be Las Vegas-based and available for hybrid work.
