Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Contract (6–12 months) | Onsite Hybrid in Las Vegas Preferred | Contract-to-Hire Option Available
Position Overview Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support key initiatives within their Lead-to-Cash transformation. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating business needs into user stories, supporting solution enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud (Advanced Revenue Management / ARM), and assisting with configuration and troubleshooting for end users.
This is a hands-on role partnering closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, quoting processes, pricing configuration, and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
Support the Lead-to-Cash process including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
Work within Salesforce CPQ to support configuration, quoting rules, bundle structures, approvals, and quote generation.
Assist in implementing and optimizing Revenue Cloud / Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) solutions.
Write clear and concise user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and feature definitions.
