Las Vegas, NVFusion HCR is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support a major casino in Las Vegas. This is a contract position, focusing on performing SOX and gaming IT audits. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and be comfortable working within established processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- SOX and Gaming IT Audits: Perform audits within Excel workbooks, utilizing VLOOKUP and INDEX functions to pull and analyze data across tabs.
- SOP Adherence: Follow detailed instructions within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure audits are performed accurately and consistently.
- Data Management: Efficiently manage and manipulate data within Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit standards.
- Tool Utilization: Work with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Email, Teams chat, and OneDrive to complete tasks and manage audit documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in compliance auditing, particularly in SOX and/or gaming IT, is preferred.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and INDEX.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high levels of accuracy in data handling and auditing tasks.
- Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, focusing on task completion without the need for regular meetings or additional functions.
