Our client, a major casino in Las Vegas, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support multiple enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering business and functional requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Prior casino and/or hotel industry experience is highly preferred.

Our client, a major casino in Las Vegas, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support multiple enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering business and functional requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Prior casino and/or hotel industry experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Write clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop detailed workflows, process diagrams, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project requirements.
Project Support & Documentation:
- Work on multiple projects across the enterprise, ensuring clarity in project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business process workflows, wireframes, and mockups using Visio, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, facilitating test execution, and validating business requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Facilitate project meetings and requirements-gathering sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on expectations.
- Monitor vendor deliverables and assist in evaluating technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on enterprise-wide projects.
- Strong experience gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
- Proven experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Casino and/or hotel industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Visio, Figma, and Microsoft Suite for documentation and visualization of processes.
- Experience working on data privacy and ID scanning solutions is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
