Develop and execute structured change strategies using Prosci ADKAR and internal guidelines.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
Partner with project leadership and functional teams to build support for the program.
Coach leaders and managers to guide their teams through the transition.
Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
Coordinate communication plans and training aligned with project milestones.
Track adoption metrics, identify risks, and report on change effectiveness.
Serve as liaison between project teams and impacted stakeholders.
5+ years in change management or project management (required)
2+ years leading change for ERP or large-scale software implementations (required)
Experience with Workday in large organizations (10,000+ employees) preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Prosci Certification or similar credential preferred
Strong communicator and coach with the ability to influence at all levels
Proven experience with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
Skilled at stakeholder engagement and readiness planning
Analytical and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Capable of leading through ambiguity and complex transitions
Change management plans, stakeholder maps, and impact assessments
Leadership coaching materials and sponsor engagement tools
Communication strategies, toolkits, and campaigns
Role-based training plans and effectiveness measures
Adoption dashboards and lessons learned reports
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based; must be able to sit or stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
