Collections Clerk

Dayton, OH
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for business to business collections. The qualified applicant will be familiar with the collections process, and provide excellent customer service and follow up. Must be comfortable working within Excel, sending follow up emails, and working in various systems. Most customer contact will be done via email. This will be a temporary role with the possibility of permanent hire. Qualified applicant must be reliable, customer service focused, with strong technical experience. This role will be a 4-6 month contract role.
