We’re Hiring! Fusion HCR is seeking a PeopleSoft Analyst, contract or direct hire opportunity. Contract position can be based remotely in the united states, direct hire position must be based in Las Vegas.

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Analyst with expertise in Core HR and Benefits Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities in PeopleSoft Classic, particularly version 9.2, and demonstrate proficiency in managing core HR functionalities, benefits administration, and preferably payroll processes. The role involves leveraging PeopleSoft Query Manager to develop and execute complex queries to support benefits administration tasks. The incumbent will play a critical role in optimizing our PeopleSoft system to streamline HR and benefits processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across our organization.

Core HR Management:
  • Manage and maintain PeopleSoft Core HR functionalities, including employee data management, organizational structure, and position control.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Core HR module, troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies as needed.

Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee benefits administration processes within PeopleSoft, including enrollment, plan setup, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to implement and administer employee benefit programs effectively.
  • Utilize PeopleSoft Query Manager to develop complex queries for analyzing benefits data and generating reports.

Payroll Support (Preferred):
  • Provide support for payroll processes within PeopleSoft, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with payroll team members to ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions.

System Optimization and Enhancement:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize PeopleSoft functionalities related to Core HR and benefits administration.
  • Propose and implement system enhancements or customizations to improve efficiency and meet business needs.
  • User Training and Support:
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and benefits administrators on PeopleSoft functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving system issues promptly.

Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to HR data management and benefits administration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst with a focus on Core HR and Benefits Administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Classic, particularly version 9.2.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing complex queries using PeopleSoft Query Manager.
  • Experience with benefits administration processes, including plan setup, enrollment, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes within PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft or HR technology are a plus.
