Fusion HCR is hiring! Product Manager II for an excellent company in Las Vegas NV. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity, hybrid schedule.

Basic Function/Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to assist in defining and refining the product vision and strategy.
User Requirements: Gather and analyze user requirements, develop user stories, manage product roadmaps, and assist in creating product mockups.
Documentation: Write clear, comprehensive requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support the development of user guides, release notes, and other documentation.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes, assist in bug triage, and help prioritize and assign issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Product Ownership: Contribute to managing the product backlog and product release schedules in alignment with organizational objectives.
Product Sprints: Engage actively in product sprints, supporting a culture of innovation, efficiency, and accountability.
Client Focus: Exhibit teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility toward clients and end-users.
Independent Work: Operate independently with minimal supervision while seeking guidance when needed from IT management.
Required Experience:
Product Management: 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably contributing to successful product releases.
Technical Knowledge: Basic technical foundation with hands-on experience in product development. Familiarity with technical frameworks is a plus.
Project Management: Strong skills in planning, resource allocation, and execution, particularly within strategic project scopes.
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Figma.
UI/UX Understanding: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams; able to build a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with HIPAA and U.S. data protection standards is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc. a major plus).
