Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex, interactive front-end applications using React for a sports wagering platform with video gaming elements.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend systems and APIs, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Work on full-stack development tasks, including backend services and server-side logic.
- Lead technical discussions and decision-making for front-end architecture and game integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI/UX, functionality, and performance.
- Collaborate remotely with a cross-functional team in an agile environment, meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality code.
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.
- Proven experience in video game development or related gaming technologies.
- Experience in full stack development, including backend services, RESTful APIs, and server-side programming.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, and database management (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams.
- Experience in the sports wagering or betting industry.
- Familiarity with gaming engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of security best practices in gaming and financial applications.
