Job Overview:
We are seeking an entry- to mid-level System Administrator with experience in ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management, support, and customization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
•    Administer the ServiceNow platform, including user management, configuration, and system updates.
•    Support and troubleshoot ServiceNow customizations and integrations.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
•    Monitor system performance and resolve any operational issues.
•    Assist in implementing new features and enhancements within ServiceNow.
•    Provide user support and training as needed.

Qualifications:
•    Basic to intermediate experience with ServiceNow administration and support.
•    Familiarity with customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
•    Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Prior experience in a similar role supporting ServiceNow.
•    Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for ServiceNow customization.
•    ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
