Fusion HCR is hiring! Contract position – Helpdesk Trainer / Infinium Admin in Las Vegas NV
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced trainer with expertise in AS400 and Infinium to educate and support our helpdesk team on managing user account permissions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user account management within Infinium and AS400 systems, as well as excellent communication and training skills to effectively upskill the helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for the helpdesk team on managing user accounts in Infinium and AS400.
Train helpdesk staff on setting up, modifying, and deleting user accounts, as well as managing user roles and permissions.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
Create and distribute training materials, guides, and documentation for future reference.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer of user access procedures.
Review helpdesk processes and identify areas for improvement in handling user account requests.
Monitor helpdesk performance post-training and offer continued support as needed.
Ensure that all training complies with company security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Infinium and AS400, particularly in user account management and permissions.
Proven experience in training or upskilling teams, preferably in an IT or helpdesk environment.
Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
Ability to develop clear, concise training materials and conduct engaging training sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with trainees at various skill levels.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping the helpdesk team troubleshoot access issues efficiently.
