The primary responsibility of the Process and Documentation Project Manager is to help create a more robust process and documentation system and dashboard to showcase the success and milestones of the company's achievements throughout the whole property. Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes and identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes.
- Developing strategies and plans for process improvements, implementing process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitoring and controlling process performance metrics and coordinating with other managers and stakeholders to ensure processes align with organizational goals.
- Maintaining documentation on processes, directives, and standard operating procedures to be able to create a robust dashboard for the milestones and achievements of the team.
- Acting as a liaison between different department for process alignment and implementation and evaluating the impact of process changes and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Works on very senior level projects with high profile information technology projects.
- Direct others in completion of a task or assignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- Recent hotel / casino / resort experiences preferred.
- 5 years of demonstrated track record of managing and reviewing and analyzing existing business processes and identifying inefficiencies.
- Experience on large IT environments, developing strategies and plans for process improvements, implementing process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
