Integration QA Analyst

Fusion HCR is hiring! 6-month contract, with extensions, onsite QA Analyst.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our client's team in the gaming and hospitality sector for a 6-month onsite contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of integration processes within our client's MuleSoft project. This position requires extensive experience in integration testing, API validation, and middleware migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive integration testing to ensure seamless communication between various systems.
  • Validate APIs to ensure they meet specified requirements and function correctly within the integration framework.
  • Execute and document test plans, scenarios, and scripts for middleware migration from one platform to another.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of major applications such as Opera, IGT, Web, and Mobile platforms to perform thorough testing and validation.
  • Report and track defects, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Provide detailed documentation and analysis of test results to support continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in integration testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of major applications used in the gaming and hospitality industry, including but not limited to Opera, IGT, Web, and Mobile platforms.
  • Strong experience with API validation and ensuring APIs meet functional and performance standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with testing middleware migrations, ensuring smooth transitions between platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the gaming and hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certification in software testing.
