Property Manager / Accountant / Office Manager

Concord, NC

Our client is a small Property Management company based in Concord, NC.  They are in search of a Property Manager for their small portfolio of residential and commercial properties that can also manage their books. 

Property Management responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with Property Management skills which include, but are not limited to, receiving and depositing rent, renting vacancies including posting ads, responding to maintenance requests, overseeing maintenance projects, overseeing turnovers and any vendors, enforcing policies and being available to respond to any emergency requests.  AirBnB or VRBO experience a plus. 

Office Management / Accounting responsibilities:

All general office duties including answering phone, ordering supplies, incoming and outgoing mail. Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors. Manage employment records, payroll, and benefits.  Input and run reports in QuickBooks.  Prepare reports for Accountant.  Maintain accounting on rental properties. 

Qualifications:

  • Business or Accounting Degree preferred
  • 2+ Experience with Quickbooks and/or other accounting / payroll software
  • 2+ Property Management Experience to include AirBnB or VRBO would be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
