The Human Resources Manager - Training & Development will be a key team member that will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive and forward thinking company culture.
This qualified candidate will be not only a strategic thinker, but someone who can roll up your sleeves and implement. Must have a passion for people development, employee accountability, creating a positive work environment, and building long term relationships with existing and newly hired employees.
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience, with the ability for long term growth into a larger role.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory experience and familiarity with applicable HR laws
- S/PHR and/or SHRM S/CP certification
- 3+ years of experience with training and development resulting in real business impact.
