About the Role:
FusionHCR is seeking a Corporate Applications Analyst to support and enhance our client’s HR technology ecosystem, focused primarily on Oracle HCM with a planned migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex HR system challenges, partnering with business users, and being part of a transformative technology roadmap in a fast-paced retail environment.
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle HCM applications, ensuring smooth operations for HR, Payroll, and related business areas.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, and implement fixes or enhancements.
Support configuration updates, testing cycles, and upgrades in the Oracle HCM environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and future-state design.
Participate in the planning, testing, and rollout of the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, contributing functional knowledge and hands-on support.
Assist in system integrations and data flows between HCM and other corporate applications.
Maintain accurate system documentation, data integrity, and adherence to compliance and security standards.
Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline HR operations.
Experienced in supporting and maintaining Oracle HCM; exposure to or interest in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is a strong plus.
Skilled at analyzing system issues, managing configurations, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
A collaborative communicator who can work effectively across HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proactive and eager to learn, especially in preparation for the upcoming cloud migration.
4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM (on-prem) or similar HR/Payroll applications.
Familiarity with system configuration, integration testing, and data analysis within HCM environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience or coursework in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience documenting requirements and processes.
