Overview We are seeking Merchandising Planners to join our growing project team. Key Responsibilities
Partner with the project team and cross-functional groups to support merchandising planning initiatives.
Develop and manage merchandise plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations on inventory, sales trends, and customer demand.
Work within a structured organization, understanding how each department delivers value to the broader business.
Support both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce (“brick & click”) environments; experience with pure-play e-commerce also considered.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in merchandising planning or related field.
Experience in retail, ideally in a brick & click environment (but open to pure-play e-commerce backgrounds).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across departments.
Experience in larger organizations preferred; ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
