Project Manager - Casino/Hospitality

Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and operational projects within a major casino environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IGT casino management systems or Opera PMS (hotel management system) and be comfortable coordinating cross-functional initiatives between property operations, IT, and vendors. This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of casino technology projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new property system deployments.

  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment between IT, Gaming Operations, and Property Management.

  • Serve as primary liaison between the property teams, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Oversee testing, validation, and go-live activities for casino floor and hotel system initiatives.

  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and change management standards.

  • Conduct onsite visits for system implementation, validation, and user support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience in casino, hospitality, or related technology environments.

  • Experience with IGT Advantage, IGT Floor Manager, or similar casino management systems – or Opera PMS for hotel operations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across diverse business units.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of gaming systems preferred.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus.

Schedule: Hybrid Onsite
Duration: 6-month contract
