Project Manager – Hospitality Technology / AV Integrations (Hybrid, Las Vegas NV)

Position Summary
Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hospitality technology and enterprise-level A/V systems integrations. This role supports a high-profile initiative within our client, focusing on large-scale digital signage, event management, and VIP membership systems.
The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex hospitality technology projects that span convention services, event systems, and high-end guest experiences. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with a polished, professional presence suitable for interfacing with executive and client-facing departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level A/V and digital signage integrations, including reader boards at marquee locations and GL Code–related project work.
- Oversee integration efforts connecting Delphi (event & convention software) with other property systems for menus, seating, and event coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Convention Services and Sales teams to ensure seamless technology support for hospitality operations and guest experiences.
- Support the development and rollout of ZeroBond, a VIP service membership program that includes premium venues such as exclusive bars, salons, and nightclubs.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication among IT, hospitality, and vendor teams.
- Manage change control, risk assessments, and post-launch support for all technology initiatives.
- Provide detailed reporting and progress updates to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience within hospitality technology, AV systems, or enterprise integrations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale AV projects—digital signage, event management software, and system integrations for resorts, hotels, or convention environments.
- Strong familiarity with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, Delphi, or other large event/convention management platforms.
- Exceptional professionalism and communication skills; able to interface effectively with executives, VIP guests, and client-facing departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across diverse business units.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering on complex integration timelines.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus.
