Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and operational projects within a major casino environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IGT casino management systems or Opera PMS (hotel management system) and be comfortable coordinating cross-functional initiatives between property operations, IT, and vendors. This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of casino technology projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new property system deployments.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment between IT, Gaming Operations, and Property Management.
Serve as primary liaison between the property teams, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee testing, validation, and go-live activities for casino floor and hotel system initiatives.
Track and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and change management standards.
Conduct onsite visits for system implementation, validation, and user support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project management experience in casino, hospitality, or related technology environments.
Experience with IGT Advantage, IGT Floor Manager, or similar casino management systems – or Opera PMS for hotel operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across diverse business units.
Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of gaming systems preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus.
