Job Title: Portfolio Product Manager - Construction Technology Location: Remote (prefer location near Business Units) Duration: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Time Zone)
Role Description The Portfolio Product Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the planning, development, and delivery of strategic technology solutions across a portfolio of technology offerings at Lithko. Acting as a bridge between the Vice President of Product and the product management team, this role ensures cross-functional alignment, effective execution, and measurable impact. The Portfolio Product Manager leads a team of product managers, enabling delivery of technology solutions that align with business priorities and optimize enterprise value. Key Responsibilities
Product Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of technology initiatives, in alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Business Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Operations, and Back Office functions to ensure seamless execution and adoption of technology solutions.
Risk & Change Management: Identify and mitigate product risks, proactively address adoption challenges, and implement change management strategies.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define and track key product metrics, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve product execution and user adoption strategies.
Tasks & Duties Strategic Influence and Impact
Strengthen alignment between business goals and technology initiatives by translating strategic objectives into actionable product plans across multiple areas.
Cultivate trust and credibility with cross-functional partners by driving value-focused conversations, fostering transparency, and advocating for user-centric solutions.
Act as a change leader by supporting organizational transformation, influencing adoption, and promoting engagement across teams.
Roadmap Development and Delivery
Lead the development and prioritization of product roadmaps across a portfolio of initiatives, balancing competing priorities and resource constraints.
Partner with the Director of Product to ensure strategic alignment and consistency in roadmap execution and cross-functional integration.
Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure timely, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery.
Identify and escalate cross-cutting risks and barriers to delivery, working collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee members of your team in delivery of solutions, ensuring clear ownership, support, and understanding of how their work fits into both the technology investment plan and the broader company objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring clarity of purpose, ownership, and growth.
Support career development and performance management efforts, including coaching, feedback, and capability-building.
Continuous Improvement
Lead efforts to define and track product success metrics and KPIs, embedding data-driven decision-making in team practices.
Guide teams in user adoption strategies, training plans, and feedback loops to ensure continuous enhancement of deployed solutions.
Regularly synthesize and communicate progress, outcomes, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Vendor Oversight
Support strategic vendor management by coordinating product input into contract planning, prioritization, and performance evaluation.
Maintain relationships with key vendor partners to align technology roadmaps, manage escalations, and optimize platform value.
Monitor compliance with enterprise standards around security, data governance, and operational support.
