We are seeking highly motivated Business Transformation Consultants to join a two-year enterprise-wide initiative. This is a unique opportunity to drive large-scale change across technology, people, and processes in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and “full-contact” transformation work.
This role can be structured as a full-time hire or contract engagement, depending on candidate preference and fit.
Partner with the Transformation Project Team and PMO to support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned workstreams, such as inventory planning, store operations, commercial transformation, reporting/master data, or logistics.
Diagnose problems across multiple departments, isolate root causes, and allocate appropriate solutions.
Ensure enterprise applications are adopted by the business and oversee rollout, training, and ongoing support.
Manage deliverables, mitigate delays, and escalate project risks.
Balance both strategic and tactical work in a dynamic, growing organization (64+ new stores this year).
Operate effectively with minimal handholding while collaborating closely with project managers and business leaders.
3–7 years of experience in project delivery, change management, or business transformation.
2–3 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) preferred.
Proven ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments with limited structure.
Hands-on experience with ERP or POS systems (Dynamics experience a plus).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable relocating to Las Vegas and working full-time onsite.
Ability to step into any role with minimal training and deliver results quickly.
