The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms. This role will be responsible for assessing the current data solution, implementing improvements, and building a data warehouse that supports data-driven decision-making through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Development: Design and implement a scalable data warehouse solution that centralizes data from multiple sources in a data lake.
- Data Integration: Build robust ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
- Semantic Models: Develop and maintain data warehouses and semantic models for Power BI reporting.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize data warehouse performance.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to meet their reporting needs.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 6+ years in data engineering; 3+ years in customer-facing project leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools (ADF, SSIS), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Azure Synapse), programming (DAX, Python), and Power BI.
- Additional Expertise: Experience with Big Data (Spark, Hadoop), database solutions (OLTP/OLAP), and data governance tools.

- Strong communication, leadership, project management, and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
