Fusion HCR is hiring a Technical Program Manager for a direct hire, with a leader in the Digital TV space, based in Englewood, CO
Summary: The Technical Program Manager is responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment and communication, tracking toward deliverables and project milestones for cross-functional teams. This role will require exceptional program/project management, organizational and communication skills, and a high technical acumen.
Responsibilities:
Extensive contact with the client(s) and coordination of efforts in the team
Responsible for the success of the program, and directly accountable to customer
Create or facilitate the creation of features and epics (SAFe)
Establish program budgets and track performance to budget
Schedule and lead program meetings
Create overall program schedule, track performance to schedule
Publish meeting minutes
Track action items and deliverables
Status reports to internal and external customers
Role Skill / Experience Requirements:
5+ years of PM experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a project, program, or delivery management role, ideally within media or entertainment fields or within the pay television industry.
Managing cross-functional relationships, stakeholders, and teams
Proven experience consulting with internal/external business teams
Experience interacting with staff at all levels to develop cooperative working partnerships and contribute to teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a timely manner
Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication, organization and tracking skills
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience leading teams using Agile (SAFe)
Experience or knowledge in SAS and IMS products or general experience in Digital TV
Understands critical path and lead-time when managing a project
Ability to quickly identify and mitigate program risk items
Experience in a program management or management role is a plus
