About the Role
Our global casino client is seeking a Product Manager, Experience Booking Engine (XBE), to lead the vision and execution of their next-generation itinerary builder. The XBE platform is the digital backbone that connects all guest experiences — spanning rooms, spa, dining, nightlife, entertainment, events, and upgrades — into a seamless booking flow across web and mobile.
This role will focus on delivering a personalized, cross-sell and upsell-ready platform that integrates with both third-party and in-house systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for XBE, aligning with the client’s digital transformation and guest experience vision.
  • Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories for engineering, design, and vendor partners.
  • Own integrations with reservation systems, ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, UrVenue, Tixr), spa booking (Book4Time), F&B systems, and hotel PMS/room upgrade flows.
  • Partner with Analytics to define KPIs (conversion rates, upsell revenue, guest engagement) and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Loyalty teams to incorporate personalization and rewards logic into booking experiences.
  • Collaborate with Mobile and Web product teams to ensure consistent and frictionless user experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders (Hospitality, Casino Marketing, Nightlife, F&B).
  • Support ideation of future capabilities such as AI-driven recommendations, itinerary personalization, and dynamic packaging.

Qualifications
  • 4–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong background in multi-system integrations (PMS, ticketing, dining, spa, events).
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in mobile and web UX, particularly with high-volume consumer flows.
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience using analytics tools and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and vendor negotiations.
