This role is ideal for a compliance professional with deep regulatory and licensing experience in the gaming industry who is ready to take the next step into a director-level position or has a few years experience as a Director. You’ll lead a small team and be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and licensing activities across multiple jurisdictions. This position is hands-on, execution focused, and vital to ensuring our products and operations meet all regulatory requirements.
Oversee all regulatory and licensing activities for the company, including product submissions, jurisdictional filings, and corporate licensing.
Serve as the main point of contact with gaming regulatory agencies, fostering positive relationships and representing the company with professionalism and accuracy.
Ensure ongoing compliance with gaming laws and regulations across multiple U.S. and international jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal teams including legal, product development, and engineering to ensure compliance is integrated early in product lifecycle.
Lead and mentor a small compliance team; provide guidance, training, and development to support growth.
Track and interpret regulatory changes and trends; provide risk-based analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
Support business expansion by managing licensing for new markets and helping navigate regulatory onboarding.
5–8 years of experience in gaming compliance, licensing, or regulatory affairs, ideally within the slot machine or broader gaming industry.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. gaming regulatory frameworks; international gaming compliance experience a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; capable of interfacing with regulators, vendors, and internal teams.
Proven track record of managing complex compliance workflows and meeting regulatory deadlines.
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing regulatory environments; proactive in identifying solutions.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a desire to step into a director role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field (JD or advanced degree a plus but not required).
