  • Oversee end-to-end global recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.

  • Develop and manage performance management frameworks, career development programs, and succession plans.

  • Administer competitive and compliant compensation, benefits, and rewards programs in all jurisdictions.

  • Ensure full compliance with international, federal, state, and local employment laws and industry regulations.

  • Design and deliver training programs to support leadership development and employee growth.

  • Maintain and enhance HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and actionable reporting for leadership.

  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues with fairness, consistency, and sensitivity to local practices and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR leadership role; experience working in an international context is strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience in the gaming, casino, or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling HR operations in a growing organization.

  • Strong working knowledge of international employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small HR team.

  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic and tactical HR responsibilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

What We Offer:

  • The chance to shape and build the HR function for a growing international company.

  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative culture where your ideas make a real impact.
