Fusion HCR is hiring! Direct Hire Product Manager, onsite position in Las Vegas NV. Excellent company, excellent leadership, excellent benefits. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who brings experience with leading custom development, Agile and Scrum, Managing the product through the product life cycle including epics and features.

  • Responsible for having a vision of what key stakeholders wish to build and convey that vision to the Scrum Team.
  • Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap by holding stakeholder meetings on a regular basis.
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users. Responsible for securing funding for features, programs and projects and reporting on the financials back to stakeholders.
  • Must be able to maintain, groom and prioritize a backlog.
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria based on the stakeholder requests.
  • Ability to set sprint goals at the beginning of a sprint.
  • Ability to lead and plan product releases and upgrades.
  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
  • Must keep track of industry trends and maximize investments.
  • Provides support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.

  • Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development, web technologies and operational processes.
  • Good communication abilities and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external Guests.

  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field preferred, experience can be used in lieu of education.
  • Product Owner Certification is a plus. Knowledge of Agile frameworks and the ability to apply those frameworks.
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement, and empowerment
