Position: Senior Project Manager - Structural Concrete

Compensation: Earn $20K-$30K MORE 


Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate project information to stakeholders and manage project administration.
• Develop preliminary project schedules.
• Initiate project setup including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Organize and maintain logs for materials and submittals.
• Prepare precise project takeoffs.
• Collaborate with Project Lead and operational support to create project plans.
• Facilitate team communication and share insights.
• Generate daily cost reports to ensure budget alignment.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Conduct thorough project closeouts.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of project management experience with large-scale Self-Perform General Contractors or Concrete Contractors.
• Concrete self-perform experience is essential.
• Familiarity with structural concrete projects.
• Diverse project experience, particularly in Commercial/Industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices, especially for projects exceeding $1 million.
• Previous involvement in estimating, bid submission, and proposal generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
