Fusion HCR is hiring! VP of Global HR for a cutting-edge Gaming Company headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. This is an onsite position, candidates must be based out of Las Vegas, NV.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Global HR to join our team. As the VP of Global HR you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources locally in Las Vegas as well as lead our global HR operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our overall business objectives while understanding and respecting international HR practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in managing HR operations as well as support for the global initiatives of the company.
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Human Resources team.
- Establish performance metrics and goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and professional development to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster an internal customer-centric culture, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department, both within the US and globally.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our international operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management and regional HR teams to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives and local customs.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries and regions.
- Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee rewards and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with all international HR laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employee wellness programs.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
Other Duties
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR management.
- Experience working in multinational companies and managing HR operations across multiple countries and regions.
- In-depth knowledge of international HR laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Experience in leading HR projects and change management initiatives.
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
