Responsibilities
Seeking an energetic, positive and go-getter individual. The Human Resources Generalist will support HR with a wide variety of responsibilities including recruitment, new hire orientations and onboarding, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence and special projects. Outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are a must for this position. This role will also work closely with department managers and will require the ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- PHR a plus
