IT Support Technician

What You’ll Do
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user account issues.
Support Active Directory, including user accounts, password resets, permissions, and group membership.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and general network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, image, and deploy computers and software.
Manage and document service tickets within ConnectWise.
Use remote support and monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
Take ownership of issues through resolution and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.
Assist senior engineers with troubleshooting, deployments, and technical projects.
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
What We’re Looking For
You have at least one year of hands-on IT support experience, a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies and networking, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently while providing excellent customer service.
1+ years of professional IT support, help desk, desktop support, or MSP experience.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Understanding of basic networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate an issue.
CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications are a plus.
