Project Manager - Web and Mobile
Las Vegas, NVFusion HCR is hiring! One-year+ contract opportunity in Las Vegas for a Web/Mobile Project Manager supporting our client who a major casino and hotel operator.
Manage multiple medium to large or one extra-large project, leading the project team in the efforts of design, build, test, and go live of projects on schedule, scope, and budget.

Web/Cloud Project Management Expertise:
Manage multiple medium to large or one extra-large project, leading the project team in the efforts of design, build, test, and go live of projects on schedule, scope, and budget.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
- Create and maintain the project management plan ensuring PM methodology is adhered to.
- Ensure project timelines, business milestones and project deliverables are met.
- Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned/responsible to complete them.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Create all PM artifacts as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the project.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, and all project team members.
- Develop budget requests for resources.
- Identify elements of risk or issue in a project.
- Analyze and prioritize risks/issues and assess their project impact.
- Develop and maintain RIDA logs.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings; communicate roles and expectations.
- Continuously monitor actual project costs vs. budget.
- Monitor project progress, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.
- Formulate recovery plans and escalate unrecoverable impacts appropriately.
- Prepare status reports to convey scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, changes, and issues.
- Conduct formal review at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
- Collect and conduct lessons learned reviews.
- Use past experiences to identify improvement areas.
Web-Based and Cloud Solution Project Management Specifics:
- Strong background in web technologies, cloud solutions, APIs, and backend integrations (legacy systems and Salesforce).
- Deep functional understanding of hospitality, hotel, and travel industry.
- Oversee integration of legacy systems with modern web/Salesforce platforms.
- Coordinate Agile methodologies to enhance delivery and efficiency.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
- 5+ years in IT project management preferred.
- Gaming and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective collaboration across all levels.
- Skilled in facilitating large group meetings.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from all stakeholders.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain certifications/licenses.
Web/Cloud Project Management Expertise:
- 5–7 years in IT PM roles, especially in web and cloud solutions.
- Skilled in API development, integration, and backend connectivity.
- Proven experience integrating legacy and cloud/Salesforce systems.
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and microservices.
