We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Fusion HCR in a contract role as a Senior Project/Product Manager for an integral position supporting large-scale initiatives on our 2025 roadmap. This onsite role focuses on IT Infrastructure projects, specifically networking, Wi-Fi integration, systems, and bandwidth management.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in IT Infrastructure, particularly in Wi-Fi, who can work collaboratively across teams to develop and implement large strategic business projects for properties and a convention environment. If you have excellent project management skills, a passion for teamwork, and a proven ability to execute complex initiatives, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Network Fundamentals: Solid understanding and experience with Wi-Fi, dedicated/shared bandwidth, ISPs, and circuits.
• Bandwidth Management: Proficient in tools and techniques for effective bandwidth allocation and management.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with hardware and technologies used for bandwidth and internet service provisioning.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience creating project plans, managing vendors, and maintaining clear communication.
• Convention Services Knowledge: Basic understanding of conventions and exhibitor needs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an on-site presence of 3-4 days per week.
