Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to address business needs.
- Custom Workflows & Layouts: Build and optimize workflows, layouts, and reports to improve business processes.
- Integration: Support integration efforts using tools like MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with internal and external systems.
- Technical Expertise: Provide best practices for Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality code and efficient performance.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation for development processes and provide training for end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred.
- Integration Skills: Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft for system integration.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Einstein AI: Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
