We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in E-Commerce Digital Experience to join our dynamic team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital products and booking engine integrations.
- Write comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories to effectively communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal customer decks and presentations.
- Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and digital experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a booking engine integration or digital experience environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology tools, digital platforms, and content management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in writing product requirement documents, business requirement documents, and user stories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Hospitality industry experience is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
