Fusion HCR is hiring!  Product Manager - Digital Marketing Analytics – contract to hire in Las Vegas NV. This is a hybrid position.
Our client is a prestigious 5-star resort and casino located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. As we continue to elevate our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with expertise in data analytics to join our team.

Position Overview: As the Product Manager for Digital Marketing Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data insights to optimize our digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to gather and analyze data related to website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business intelligence teams to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of digital marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web analytics, data visualization, and digital marketing technology.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new features, functionalities, and strategies to enhance our digital marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years in a product management role with a focus on data analytics and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or gaming industry is preferred.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.
