As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onboarding Project Manager to join our team. As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our products for new clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, and Software Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in product implementation, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementations of our products.
Collaborate with the Product team to understand client requirements and develop customized onboarding plans.
Work closely with Legal to draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Coordinate with Software Product Delivery teams to schedule deployments and resolve any technical issues that may arise during implementation.
Develop comprehensive documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the onboarding process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Utilize knowledge of the critical path to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and addressing client concerns in a timely manner.
Skill and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on product implementation.
Strong understanding of legal processes and experience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
Proficiency in software product delivery methodologies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Familiarity with PMI and PMP methodologies preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
