Onboarding Project Manager

Fusion HCR is hiring! Remote – Direct Hire – Onboarding Project Manager.

We are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onboarding Project Manager to join our team.
As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our products for new clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, and Software Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in product implementation, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementations of our products.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand client requirements and develop customized onboarding plans.
  • Work closely with Legal to draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Coordinate with Software Product Delivery teams to schedule deployments and resolve any technical issues that may arise during implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the onboarding process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize knowledge of the critical path to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and addressing client concerns in a timely manner.


Skill and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on product implementation.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and experience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Proficiency in software product delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with PMI and PMP methodologies preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
